Please, use the form below to login and submit an application for a potential Fundraising Night at Teriyaki Madness. We offer non-profit organizations the opportunity to fundraise at our restaurants with a Fundraising Night at your favorite Teriyaki Madness location. You bring the guests and we will donate a percentage of sales brought in by your organization back to your group. We ask for a minimum of 50 guests attending the Fundraising Night.
